Tome Thursday: Persuading Spring

Hello everyone!

The weather has been amazingly fine this week which has certainly contributed to my almost perpetual good mood, so I've been out and about and getting things done, mostly.

I suppose making sure I can do some more damage on BookDepository is one of those things, right?

Right.

Anyway, I'm back with another Serenity Woods book, but this time I feel extra accomplished because it's the LAST of her Four Seasons series, which brings the total up to four and makes me feel special since I managed to actually write the lot out up here. Aren't I neat?

If you recall, the seasons we covered went summer, autumn, winter, and now finally spring, which confused me to begin with since, you know, usually people start with spring.

But after reading Persuading Spring I can't help but agree with the succession. Spring, and new beginnings, is the perfect place to finish.

Tome Thursday: Bewitching Winter

Hello everyone!

As I settle back into my usual routine and work on blog posts, I swear I keep getting distracted by all that I come across. It can be another book, a TV show, a movie, you name it, I'll probably turn all ADD and go OH LOOK!

This is what happened to me today, as I continue on with the After Cilmeri series and I can't seem to put the first proper book of it down. I mean, I get it, it's time travel, it's Wales in the Middle Ages which is another one of those tempting things, but I'll also admit the book has flaws, so why did I have to literally pry myself away from it to write this post?!

Who knows.

It's the same with Agatha Christie's Marple series - the show had to switch actresses halfway through and the new one isn't quite the same as the original, and yet I find myself rolling around the bed laughing like an idiot each episode I watch.

But I thoroughly digress. This blog post is about a book - continuing with Serenity Woods again, it's the third in her Four Seasons saga, Bewitching Winter.

Tome Thursday: Tempting Autumn

Hello everyone!

Back with another book review this week, and I also have to say I have FINALLY figured out how to schedule my blog posts.

I know, I know, where have I been living all this time, right?

Well, unfortunately, I don't usually have to think about scheduling in any event because I'm right by the computer in the evenings and I can press the 'publish' button without any kind of problem. But when I'm off with my friends or doing something else, then things might get a little bit difficult, so I tested it this Tuesday and TA-DA! It works!

I feel like a kid on Christmas morning haha!

Now on to what I'll be talking about here, which is another book by Serenity Woods, this one titled Tempting Autumn, the second in Ms Woods' Four Seasons series. 

And since it's basically autumn now, what better way to commemorate it?

Tome Thursday: Seducing Summer

Hello everyone!

Finally back on my usual blog posting routine, sort of, and I return with another set of goodies! I got the boxed set of Serenity Woods' Four Seasons a long time ago but never actually sat down to read through the books until very recently, so I decided I'd write up the reviews as I go along.

After all, as I've said before, Ms Woods is one of those people whom I usually turn to when it comes to needing a healthy dose of real life romance stories that don't leave me tearing my hair out.

Of course, there can always be hit-and-misses - I had one with Kathryn Shay the other day and I usually LOVE her books, as well - but I have yet to be disappointed in Ms Woods, something I'm profoundly thankful for seeing as I truly need this kind of pick-me-up occasionally.

So, without further ado, allow me to introduce you to the first of the four books - and it's actually fairly fitting that, as we say goodbye to summer here, I'd be talking about that season with the chosen book.

Seducing Summer, after all, rings a bell somewhere.
